The positive effects of technology on society.

 Is technology really helping society? If so, how is it helping? Well, what are some positive effects of technology on the organization?

I think there are a lot of benefits that technology gives to society. First of all, it helps people stay safe. People can get news and message very quickly nowadays. A statement that might have taken 3 days to deliver could be delivered immediately. For example, a message about a natural disaster or a war could easily be notified very quickly. People can also call for help easily too. If there is a fire in the building, instead of trying to put it out themselves, they can call the fire department. The same goes for crimes and police departments. A person can also learn to prepare themselves for any disaster that may strike them in the future. Also, the advancement of technology also increased life expectancy a lot. But did this really have the society? This actually leads to overpopulation and pollution of the world. There obviously were some good parts to technology like people collaborating, longer life expectancy, and making more jobs. Technology also made learning easier than ever. Lessons became more interactive and easier for students to understand. Instead of seating in a classroom just imagining a place they are learning about, students can now watch videos, walk around, and see pictures. Technology also made more jobs. People could now have 2 jobs or more jobs online. They can invest in the stock market with just a few touches on their phone. People can sell old items on the Internet too. These also increased the happiness of people since they could do more things to entertain themselves with this money. Technology made people's lives more convenient too, people could order a product or a good on their computer or on their phone. People can also read e-books, watch videos, learn to play an instrument, and do more things in a little box! But technology also caused overpopulation and climate change. A convenience right now could lead to disaster in a few years.
