Would you rather have wings but you can’t fly or have gills but you can’t swim underwater?

Do you think bugs or birds are more exciting or fish are? Well, today's would-rather question is "Would you rather have wings but can’t fly or have gills but can’t swim underwater?"

Well, both of them would be ridiculous to have when I can't even use them. Some people would think I'm wearing a costume. But I would choose to have a gill because it's harder to notice. I don't think it will be possible to cover my wings with my clothes unless they are really small like the wing of a pigeon or a sparrow. But gills would be placed near my chest where oxygen and blood go. So it would be way easier to hide it with my clothing. But my gills can cause problems when I'm having medical treatment. It would be hard to do surgery on the gills of humans. Doctors are most likely not even know how to do surgery or how to handle a gill. It could be also dangerous because I never know what will happen after I get surgery even if doctors say it went great. But wings will most likely not even interfere in surgery except for me lying in a bed. It could get uncomfortable there, but doctors could use something like a hammock. And my wings would probably stick out on one of the holes. Wings can be also useful for Halloween or any costume parties. I don't even have to do anything, maybe I could draw the face of a bird on my face, but most people will be convinced. I can also use a wing as a backpack. Since it will have feathers, I can hide some things behind or between feathers. Or I could just attach it using scotch tape. I can just show off my wings easily, while it would be way harder for me to show off my gill without taking my shirt off in public. Gills will also affect my life the least and not disturb it. I would probably have to be in the back row for the rest of my life otherwise people will get a bunch of feathers in their faces.

Wings can be used in various ways like as carrying something, Halloween costumes, and showing off. But gills can be also easier to hide, but they can cause problems during medical surgery.
