Would you rather work more hours per day, but fewer days, or work fewer hours per day, but more days?
If you could choose, would you overwork for a day or work a bit for 5 days? Well, today's would you-rather question is "Would you rather work more hours per day, but fewer days, or work fewer hours per day, but more days?"
I would rather work more hours per day b and work fewer days. I would rather work hard a day and rest for a long day. If I had to work more days, I would never get a real rest. I would have to wake up early, get in my clothes, and I won't get to sleep in, stay in my pajamas all day, and eat when I want to. The only advantage to work fewer hours per day is that you get to go home early. To be honest, I don't really care if I go home early, it's fine with me if I go home around 8 pm or 9 pm. It can also encourage me to work harder because I know the long weekend is coming. I can have a long time devoted to my chess and not get interrupted by my job or my sleep schedule. Like if my hobby is camping, I will need more time than 2 hours. So having more days off can really help me enjoy my hobby better and easier.
But working too many hours a day can easily burn me out. Burnout can also lead to me being unsatisfied with my job, results having poor quality, and mistakes. In other words, it's just not going to help me if I burn out. Working too much can also tire me out easily, even if I have long weekends, they are going to get old someday. I'm pretty sure there weren't even weekends until 100 years ago. And people are already sick of 2-day weekends. I think I am going to be only excited about 3-day or 4-day weekends for only a month or shorter. So just being relaxed and working fewer hours per day is going to help me not burn out and not get sick of the precious weekends.
To conclude, working more hours per day and fewer days is better because it helps me rest and enjoy my hobbies.
