Retirement should be made compulsory at the age of 60.

Hi! Do you think the self-employment of young people is a significant problem? Well, today's essay or discussion topic is "Retirement should be made compulsory at the age of 60."

Well, I think they should do it. The first reason is that by doing so, they are giving way more opportunities to young and/or minority groups. Although this could lead to the industry having less experienced workers, it would be impossible to always have experienced workers around, you have to make inexperienced workers into experienced ones. This would be very good for training them for the future. But this is a situation when they were able to find a replacement, in an industry where not lots of people are interested, it is hard for them to find replacements for those who retired. This would put the industry into a vicious cycle, someone is forced to retire, they can't find a replacement, and the industry becomes more unpopular. And if people are able to work at least 5 years more, that would really help and contribute to the industry.  And in jobs like firefighters and police officers, it is safer for the public for people older than 60 to retire. Even if it is not a job like that, they would do better in any job if they were younger. And if they retire quicker, that would mean they would be earning less money, but they could of course earn money in other ways nowadays. Especially since the internet is really popularized and easily accessible. But I still don't think that it would be better for lots of people for them to retire at age of 60. But it would also depend on heavily on what kind of job they have. It would be way better if they would set different ages for people to be made it compulsory to retire.

To conclude or sum up all the pieces of information from this essay, I think that it would be inconvenient to make it to 60 instead of 65 because professionals in this industry, and could struggle to find replacements for him or her. But it could be also opportunity for inexperienced workers to grow.
