Hi! Are you an introverted person? Well, today's topic is "Introverts make great leaders.".
I am pretty even about this one. There are disadvantages and advantages, and in my opinion, they are pretty even. So, I will present two opinions here. The first one, is "They make better leaders". The first reason is that they are more likely to make better decisions than social people because they don't usually listen to treacherous people. They can also make better decisions because they don't talk a lot, so they probably have some thinking on their mind, which can help them clear minds and make better choices. Another reason is that introverted people are most likely to be better at convincing than talkative people. It is because people don't usually know their personality like they know talkative people. So it will be hard for the person to convince the introverted person, instead, it will be easier to be convinced. And they work quietly but well because they don't talk, or do social stuff because it can be a distraction while working.
Let's go to another opinion. The next opinion is "They are similar or same as social people.". The first reason is that they don't usually communicate. They won't know what the team wants nor what the team thinks the right decision is for most people. To make this simple, they don't know what the team wants. Another reason is that sometimes they don't have empathy or they don't understand other people's feelings. It could really look like the leader's decision had been blurred. It could make some teammates feel unjoined in the team.
To sum up, they can be better in ways like they make hard decisions that social people won't be able to. And they can be better at convincing people which could be very helpful for leading a team. But they can be just similar or the same with other people because they don't have empathy and they can make decisions that some teammates would not like. You can make decisions that everybody likes, but sometimes, these people make decisions that are not a lot like because they don't communicate.
