Guide on improving your weekends

 Hi! How do you like to spend your weekend? Well, today's "Guide on improving your weekends,".


My first piece of advice is to spend your time doing activities that involve exercising. If you have children, I highly recommend that you spend your time outside, whether it is a picnic in the park or a sports game. The first reason is that I'm pretty sure that lots of people spend their time staring at screens all day. And I don't think I've never seen a person that exercises while focusing on their screen. My point is that people are not getting enough exercise. But what about spending time outside? Well, it is good because if your kid is under 7 or 8, their eyesight is not fixed. So if they get enough sunlight, their body can make chemicals that will stop the eye to keep growing, leading to bad eyesight. It can also provide vitamin D for their body and yours too. 


Another way to improve your weekend is to have time with your family. Don't get takeouts if it is the weekend, have pizza night with your family and talk with them. Have Board Game Day, it will be a blast of fun and you will get to know each other better than any other time, except future. Spending your time with your family can also help you decrease the chance of depression, anxiety, and more mental health issues. They can help you talk things out and solve some problems that are really stressful that you couldn't solve on your own. 


The last way to improve your weekend is to not work on work or homework unless it is very urgent and you have to do it. If that happens, try to prevent it, do it early, or at least do something. It is your weekend! You have to enjoy it, if it is not due on Sunday night, take a day off, or I guess 2 days off. Enjoy your 2-day break and come back charged with positive energy! It will be easier to work and way more efficient. 


In conclusion, maybe use your sad-Sunday (because tomorrow is Monday) to have time with your family outdoor. Maybe you could tell your worries or have pizza night. Don't work unless it is an emergency.
