Is vegetarian food is better than non-vegetarian food?

Hi! Are you vegetarian? If so or if not, do you think vegetarian foods are good? Anyway, today's topic is "Is vegetarian food is better than non-vegetarian food?"

Well, to be honest, I never ever tasted a vegetarian burger or anything. So I don't really know but vegetarian foods include tofu, some veggie Currys and those things. So I think non-vegetarian food is better, (Sorry, vegetarians :( Because if you don't eat beans or tofu, you don't get proteins. And even if you eat tofu, beans, and all those vegetables, you can't get enough protein. And especially for children, protein is important for growing up. And adults can lose muscles. And that means that you will get weaker and it will get harder to balance. Which is all bad. And I know people become vegetarian for many reasons. But most of them aren't like "I don't like the taste of meat" It is mostly about animals. So what about you can try eating some NATURAL fish. Not caged fish, because it is important to get some proteins.

But I have another opinion! Non-vegetarian foods aren't that bad, they have enough protein from a lot of beans. That's why some vegetarians like Mexican and Indian foods. They have tons of beans, which have some proteins. and other people who are vegetarians lived long like Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism people lived pretty long. But they didn't live like 80 or more. Because a long time ago, people died pretty quickly. So at that time, they lived quite long. And vegetarian foods taste pretty good, like some Indian food or Japanese foods aren't really bad, they are actually pretty tasty. And too much protein can hurt you too, also vegetable is easier to digest than meat. So when you have a stomach problem, it is probably meat or RAW vegetable. Yes, eating raw vegetables is hard to digest too.

Anyway, the conclusion is that it can change for everyone, I think non-vegetarian food is better because they have more protein and they are better than just vegetables. But some people may like vegetarian food better than non-vegetarian food.
