Minors should be tried for murder at any age.

 Hi! Do you think that lots of countries are going too easy on teenagers or kids who committed crimes? Well, today's topic is "Minors should be tried for murder at any age."

I think that they should be. The first reason is that there isn't even a clear reason for us to not do it. Lose their social life? Well, they just did it to the person they murdered. And even if it will become harder to get a job later, they should get punished for what they did. And most minors that commit even any crimes are teenagers. They are perfectly aware of what they are doing, and it isn't likely that they will be volunteering for people in the future. It would be better to help them, maybe with therapy or something that they could do to prevent from committing crimes later. And if we allow it, many and many criminal organizations would be abusing this system and telling teens to do crimes that they would be sent to jail. And I think most teenagers are aware of what they are doing and completely aware of the consequences they will have. If the justice system allows them to commit crimes but wipes their records and just lets them walk away with a few days of juvenile, it would be unfair. Although puberty will increase the angriness and aggressiveness of people, they should control it and hold it, or get those anger out on something else like hitting sandbags. 

But there are other opinions too, which is that they shouldn't be. The first reason is that how can people be sure they got the right guy and not a teenager who can be easily framed? And some people could have done it by accident. Like accidentally letting go of the ball from the top floor of the building. And they could be really feeling sorry about it. Then, maybe they should let go of him or her and give them the right punishment when they do it again. I think this would be the fairest choice, but wouldn't it be bad to give them another chance to commit another murder?

To sum up all the pieces of information I think that they should do it because most teenagers are aware of what they are doing.
