Hi! Do you like watching movies or tv-series about cloning humans and cyborgs? Well, today's topic is " Is human cloning ethical? ".
Well, I think that it is not ethical. The first reason is that cloning a human means a human can live almost forever and it could be used by criminals or countries that want to clone people and create an army. And it means that people could clone one person and kill the other and the person who got cloned will not remember anything because they have the memory of the past. This could be also used by companies that need lots of smart people but have only a few who could clone those people and make armies of employees. And it could be also unfair since if you drop a part of your body like your hair or your fingernail, there could be a person same as you living somewhere without you knowing it. It could be also used by crime groups to clone someone and force them to do something so that they won't get captured and innocent people will be captured and arrested instead of rightful criminals. Although it could help some people with the disease. Or it could help scientists or researchers with their research because if they can clone humans, they will be able to clone rare animals or rare plants for research purposes. And it won't be very fair for lots of sports teams because sports teams can just clone tons of the same best players in their team and just put them for the game. Also, it could be possible that parents that want money could clone their child and make each clone study in different ways and see which clone can do best on tests. I could go on forever with examples, but what I mean is that there are so many ways that it can be used in bad ways and it could cause tons of trouble to society.
To sum up all the pieces of information presented in this selection, human cloning is not ethical for various reasons like criminals could use it for their own good and they could cause some illegal acts that could cause confusion to society, and lots of companies and teams cheat.
