I should be able to go to bed when I want

Hi! Do you go to bed when you feel like you want to go to bed? Well, today's topic is"I should be able to go to bed when I want.".

I think you shouldn't be unless you are an adult. It is crucial for kids to get enough sleep, and if kids go to sleep whenever they feel like, their sleep schedule would be a big mess, and it could cause some problems like lack of focus at school, short height, sleeping in the morning, and more. No parents would want their kids experiencing these things, that's why parents tell you to go to sleep earlier than you want... I know it could be very stressful and you would want to sleep a little bit late, but it is for your own good. Another reason is that kids can be not responsible for this kind of responsibility. They could stay up all night and do things that are very loud that neighbors wouldn't like to hear at night, or they could play more because they know they can just do homework at night. When they are supposed to sleep. It could be a very stressful issue for parents, of course, kids would love this kind of freedom. So that is why it is important that your parents choose when you sleep(unless you are an adult). But I have another opinion, kids should have a choice to go to bed when they want to.

The first reason is that kids sometimes have to stay up late, some adults won't like it, but it can actually help them. And they could interfere and tell them to sleep a little bit early if they are staying up too late. It could make them feel like they aren't being controlled by their parents. It could also make them learn to be responsible, it could show them what could happen if they stay up too late. You know some say that learning from experience and mistakes is one of the best ways to learn. I know there are disadvantages, but it could help kids with lots of things. So maybe you could give your kids at least half a control.

To sum up, it can get stressful to give kids this kind of responsibility, but it could help them too. It could help them learn and you could give them some head ups too. That is all for today, Bye!
