Hi! Do you like medicine? What about Engineering? Well, today's topic is "Medicine vs. Engineering" I actually think they both are important on other sides.
First I think medicine is important because it saves tons of people. One of the reasons that the population dramatically increased is the development of medicine. And babies that would have died if they were in the past survived. And it's all thanks to vaccines, medicines, and more medical stuff. Also, without medicine, thousands of people would die. And most people now know about germs, bacterias, and bad cells. So they can do more than just pray and call a not-really-helpful doctor. But now, they can have proper medical care with medicine. And medicine has been an important part of history too, they were used in wars, curing famous people, making someone famous, and more! And it's just amazing to see how medicines affected history. And think about the world without medicine, it would be really crazy. More and more people would die.
And secondly, let's talk about why Engineering is important. Engineering is important because, without them, cars, refrigerators, heaters, air conditioners, and most things that we use today won't be even existing! They will be just.. be gone. And without engineering, many people could have died in tropical places because of heat. And heater and air conditioners save thousands of lives by keeping the right temperature in the house. And we all saw what would happen without a heater in winter in 2020 in Texas. So they are quite important in winter. And we also saw what happened when there isn't an air conditioner in the summer, in 2021 in Canada I think, lots of old people died. And that's sad. So we must have engineering, or else, many people would be late for jobs, appointments, meetings and more, because, without engineering, there's no car. And think about it! the world with no engineering, no cars, no new things, no phones, and more NOs. So it would be pretty bad.
